PPP Flexibility Act signed into law; PPP borrowers get well-needed relief

The PPP Flexibility Act passed both Chambers of Congress and got the final signature from President Trump on June 5, 2020, making it law.
This new piece of legislation will give PPP loan borrowers:
- More time to use the funds
- More flexibility with how to use the funds
- And more time to bring back workers that they’ve let go
