A new Coronavirus Impact Poll conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce found that 17% of small businesses have strengthened their retail presence online in the past month.
Interestingly enough, the poll also found that 90% of small retail businesses are still concerned about the impact that the crisis will ultimately have on them.
