COVID to increase US e-commerce by almost 20% over the next year

Recent reports published by eMarketer project an overall decline in total retail by roughly 10.5% and a 14% drop in brick-and-mortar retail specifically.

But, as the report highlights, it’s not all bad news. E-commerce is projected to increase by 18%, a growth rate more than 3% higher than the preceding year.
