Community banks originate $1.8B+ in PPP loans so far

Small businesses came out in a funding frenzy this past Friday as the Paycheck Protection Program launched. Community banks took on the mass majority of applications; numbers from big banks are yet to come. Bank of America did report that they received more than 10,000 in the first hour alone.
