Senate to vote on adding $250B to Paycheck Protection Program

 

Tomorrow, U.S. senators will vote on whether or not to pump even more funds into the SBA. With unemployment claims hitting all-time highs, many government officials are keen on distributing financial aid to businesses hit by the coronavirus – predominantly through the new PPP loans introduced late last month. If passed through the Senate, the vote will then go to the House of Representatives the following day.
