New small business relief grants for Minnesotan owned and operated businesses

 

The new Minnesota government-run $60.3 million financial relief program will provide small businesses in Minnesota with $10,000 grants through a computer-generated, randomized selection process.

Basic qualifying criteria are as follows:

  • Business must be based in Minnesota
  • Have no more than 50 employees
  • Be able to demonstrate financial hardship due to COVID-19

Applications to enter into the lottery for these small business grants are open until Thursday, July 2.
