Atlanta-based small businesses can apply for grants of up to $40k starting next week

 

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has introduced several new programs – including the Resurgence Grants Fund – to help small businesses negatively impacted by the coronavirus crisis.

The program is specifically aimed at “[reimbursing] costs associated with adapting business operations in a post-COVID environment.” Among other qualifying criteria, businesses must be for-profit, been operating without interruption since March 1, 2019, and have fewer than 250 employees from that same date.
