Product Designer!

Become is the leading online platform for businesses to find and optimize funding solutions.

We provide businesses with tools to improve their fundability and a marketplace to easily compare and choose the best possible funding options.

As a Product Designer…

You’ll be involved in all development aspects of our products and features (Landing Pages, Onboarding, Dashboards, and the core product) – from initial brainstorming, research, wireframe, high-end mockups, and prototyping.

As part of working in a highly dynamic startup, you’ll be required to work with a product that changes frequently, and will need to be able to make adjustments at a fast pace.

Job Description:

• Create innovative design concepts that meet business, project, and design goals
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and process flows
• UX research
• Take an active role in brainstorming and sketching exercises that determine the direction and design of our products
• Test usability and analyze user behavior
• Office location: Become’s office has a friendly start-up vibe and is located in the heart of Tel Aviv along Rothschild. 

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Design experience in:
  • On-boarding
  • Websites/Landing pages
  • Dashboards
  • Data visualizations
  • UI for mobile
  • Design systems
• Full control in at least one of the following programs:
  • Figma
  • Sketch
  • Adobe XD
• Deep understanding/experience of the full UX design process, user journey, wireframes, and high fidelity mock-ups/prototype
• Self-motivated and a strong team player
