Please read these terms of use (the “Terms”) carefully along with our privacy policy, which is available here and may be updated periodically (the “Privacy Policy”). We offer services that connect small-medium businesses with funding providers, as described on our Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the Site and refrain from using the Services.
We may revise the Terms without notice by updating this page. You are bound by any updates, so please review these Terms periodically. Any use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We may discontinue the Site or Services at any time without notice.
Use of the Site or Services is void where prohibited by law. By using the Site or Services, you represent that (a) all information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you are of legal age to form a binding contract for funding; (c) your use complies with applicable laws and obligations; and (d) your use is for a legitimate business purpose.
We are not a government agency, financial institution, or funding provider. We connect small-medium businesses with funding providers and may receive referral fees. Our Service does not include all funding providers or products available. We cannot guarantee you will receive offers or that they will be the best available rates and terms.
You can apply for small-medium business funding directly with providers without using our Services.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to these terms. You represent yourself or the entity you are authorized to represent. No attorney-client or other professional privilege is created with the Company. No governmental entity has evaluated or approved the Company’s knowledge, experience, or Services.
You may obtain funding information from professional consultants, financial institutions, or other providers. The Company does not provide actual funding or legal/financial advice.
COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FUNDING FROM ANY PROVIDER. No information on the Site is financial product advice or a recommendation. Our Services do not constitute an offer or solicitation related to financial products.
Application Services
We assist your search for small-medium business funding by:
- Conducting preliminary funding assessments using information from your pre-qualification questionnaire, which may include business details and financial information (“Application Information”).
- Offering additional services to improve your credit score or funding application attractiveness, such as access to our E-book, live Dashboard, and LendingScore™ Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete Application Information. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information. If you fail to provide accurate information, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services. If eligible, we will forward your Application Information to funding providers. By submitting your Application Information, you authorize us to share it with funding providers.
We collect your personal information to provide Services, including your name, birth date, residence, profession, social security number, and Application Information. Telephone conversations may be recorded.
Your receipt of funding is subject to a separate agreement between you and the funding provider. We have no role in the provider’s funding decision. You authorize us to use your Application Information for all Service-related purposes.
Funding providers may require bank statements to complete their assessment. You can share these statements through options provided by the providers or a third-party service on our website. By using third-party services, you authorize them to access your bank account(s). These statements may be retained and shared with funding providers.
Additional Services
We may offer additional services, such as financial conduct advice and updates, provided under these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Specific terms may apply to each additional service.
Intellectual Property
The Company and its licensors own the Site, Services, and materials provided on the Site, including intellectual property rights and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Site or Services content without permission. Unauthorized use may be prosecuted.
You may not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or Services. You may not use automated devices to retrieve or reproduce content or collect information about users.
Pricing and Fees
We do not charge fees for the Service but may charge for certain additional services, as specified. We do not control funding providers’ terms, and their terms are within their discretion. No refunds are issued for additional services, provided as-is without guarantee. By purchasing additional services, you agree to our no-refunds policy and will not make chargebacks.
Disclaimers & Disclaimer of Warranty
We are not financial consultants or institutions. No warranties are given regarding the legal or financial consequences of using our Site or Services. We do not guarantee any service advertised or offered by third parties. The number of funding providers or your ability to obtain funding is not guaranteed. Additional services do not guarantee improved credit scores or funding offers. The Site and Services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Site or Services.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 1,000. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, directors, officers, subcontractors, and agents against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party sites.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes will be resolved in Tel-Aviv courts. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision that closely achieves the original intent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach.
Messaging Policy
With your consent, we may contact you via calls or text messages, including automated systems, for advertising and telemarketing purposes. This consent applies even if your number is on any Do-Not-Call registry.
To opt-out, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us. You may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@become.co. Message and data rates may apply.
We are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected messages. Messages may be sent using automatic dialing technology. By providing your phone number, you consent to this technology. Supported carriers may vary.
You must be a resident of the United States or Australia and at least 18 years old to receive text messages. We may cancel or suspend the SMS Alerts Service at any time without notice.
