Bradley E. knows <\/span>exactly <\/span><\/i>how hard it can be to start a business from scratch and he\u2019s doing a pretty good job of it! After successfully getting funding via Become, we followed up with him to see how he plans to utilize the funds and grow his business… <\/span><\/p>\n

Humble beginnings<\/span><\/h2>\n

When asked what inspired Bradley to venture out and start his own company, he expressed that, back in 2018, he \u201cwas given half an opportunity and turned it into something I am proud of.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

That opportunity led him to start <\/span>Multi Task Workforce<\/span><\/a>, a labour hire company that strives to \u201cestablish a broad and wide range of labour hire services\u201d, especially for warehousing and container unloading businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

When your business\u2019s mission is to \u201cprovide an interchangeable skilled but stable workforce with the ability to deploy individuals effectively\u201d, you know you\u2019ve got your work cut out for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

What makes the business unique?<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essentially, Multi Task Workforce is \u201ca labour hire company specializing in warehousing and container unloading.\u201d But when asked what makes his business stand out, Bradley told us that \u201crelationships with our clients is what sets us apart, along with reliable staff\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a board of directors that cumulatively has more than 30 years of experience in supply chain operations, customer service, and finance, Multi Task Workforce has the expertise to help their clients find the right professionals that fit their needs. Bradley was able to combine those decades of experience with what he describes as \u201cthe very core\u201d of the business: strong family values.<\/span><\/p>\n

As Bradley demonstrates with his business, good will and a hefty amount of experience can take a business quite far. Yet even with those strengths, when Bradley wanted to expand Multi Task Workforce in order to cater for more clients, he realized that additional funding would be helpful.
