With more than $130 billion still left in the Paycheck Protection Program, and plenty of small businesses still in need of financial relief, the Senate unanimously passed an extension for applications to the PPP late Tuesday night.

Helpful as this extension would be, nothing has been made official just yet. The House of Representatives will need to also pass the extension before then sending it to President Trump for final approval.

More updates to come.
