New Mexico introduces a $400 million program for small business loans

The Small Business Recovery Loan Fund began accepting applications on August 5. This $400 million program is designed to provide financial assistance (through loans) to businesses and non-profit organizations in New Mexico that have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

“The Small Business Recovery Act loan program directs funds belonging to New Mexicans to help small business across our state weather this economic storm, and hopefully come out stronger on the other end” said New Mexico Senator Jacob Candelaria.
