House of Representatives quickly passes PPP deadline extension; Trump to review for final decision

Late Tuesday night the Senate passed a unanimous vote in favor of extending the deadline for small businesses to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program to August 8.

Within 24 hours, the proposal received a second unanimous vote of approval from the House of Representatives. The decision has now been passed on to President Trump for his signature which would make it effective.
