E-Sign Consent Disclosure

1. Introduction

To present you with offers for business loans, personal loans, or debt relief services from third-party partners (“Partners”), Become Co Ltd. (“Become,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) must obtain your consent to receive electronic signatures, records, and disclosures (“E-Consent”) under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”).

2. Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records

You may request any disclosure on paper by e-mailing privacy@become.co. Paper copies are provided at no charge.

3. Scope of Consent

This E-Consent covers all online interactions between you, Become, and our Partners—whether lenders, debt relief providers, or other service providers—for this one-time inquiry and any follow-up offers that arise directly from it, including interactions on mobile devices.

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

Requirement	Minimum Specification
Device	Computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
Browser	Current Chrome®, Safari®, Firefox®, or Edge® with cookies & JavaScript enabled
PDF Reader	Software capable of opening PDF files (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat Reader)
Storage / Printer	Hard-drive or cloud storage to retain files, and/or a printer
Email	A valid, active e-mail address

If these requirements change in a way that risks your ability to receive records electronically, we will notify you and request new consent.

5. Withdrawing Consent

Because this is a one-time transaction, you cannot withdraw E-Consent for documents already provided, but you may withdraw for future electronic records by e-mailing privacy@become.co. Withdrawal with Become does not withdraw consent you may give later to a Partner.

6. Paper Copies on Request

To obtain a paper copy of any electronic record, e-mail privacy@become.co with the subject line “Paper Copy Request,” specifying the document you want and the date you agreed to it.

7. Updating Contact Information

Keep your e-mail address current by e-mailing support@become.co.

8. Consent & Acknowledgment

BY CLICKING “SEE MY OFFERS,” YOU CONFIRM YOU CAN ACCESS DISCLOSURES IN THE FORMATS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC RECORDS FROM BECOME CO LTD AND ITS PARTNERS, INCLUDING LENDERS AND DEBT RELIEF PROVIDERS.
