Consumer Credit Authorization Agreement

1. Parties & Purpose

You (“Applicant”) authorize the lending partners listed in Schedule A (“Partners”) to obtain your consumer-report information solely to pre-qualify you for personal-loan offers and related financial services. Become Co Ltd. (“Become”) facilitates this process but does not pull your credit.

2. Nature of Inquiry

  1. Each Partner’s inquiry will be a “soft inquiry” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and will NOT affect your credit score.

  2. If you later submit a full application on a Partner’s website, that Partner may perform a hard inquiry subject to its own disclosures.

  3. Partners may review credit attributes such as score, trade lines, and balances to determine preliminary eligibility.

3. Sharing, Use & Retention

  • Become transmits only the data necessary for pre-qualification to the Partners in Schedule A.

  • Partners may use your consumer report exclusively to (a) generate pre-qualified offers, (b) satisfy legal obligations, and (c) maintain required compliance records.

  • Partners must delete or de-identify your report within 30 days if you do not become their customer, unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Duration & Revocation

This authorization is valid for 90 days from the date you provide consent. You may revoke it at any time by e-mailing privacy@become.co with subject line “Revoke Credit Authorization.” Revocation does not undo soft inquiries already made.

5. Your Rights Under the FCRA

  • You are entitled to one free consumer report from each nationwide credit reporting agency every 12 months at annualcreditreport.com.

  • You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information with a credit reporting agency.

6. No Obligation to Accept Offers

Pre-qualification does not guarantee approval or obligate you to accept any offer. Final terms are set solely by the Partner.

7. Electronic Signature

By clicking “See My Offers,” you acknowledge you have read this Credit Authorization Agreement and authorize each Partner in Schedule A to obtain your consumer report as described, and authorize Become Co Ltd. to transmit your information to those Partners.
