CNBC survey finds 72% of businesses expect permanent changes after COVID-19

Nearly three-in-four business owners anticipate the current crisis having a permanent effect on the way they operate, according to a recent survey conducted by CNBC.
The survey also found that 18% of business owners would describe their current situation as “good” – a drop of nearly 40 percentage points since last quarter’s survey. On the flip side, 43% of business owners say that conditions are bad.
One of the silver linings found by this survey: 7% said they’ve started providing products or services to aid in fighting the crisis.
